Fitness disclaimer

Train safely and use good judgment. Consult a healthcare professional before starting intense exercise if you have medical concerns, injuries, or uncertainty about your readiness. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual symptoms.

AI coach limitation

AI responses may be imperfect, incomplete, or not right for your exact situation. NoxaFit does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, certified personal trainer, or emergency service. Use your own judgment and seek qualified professional help when needed.

Accounts and subscriptions

You may need an account for saved plans, workout history, AI coaching, progress insights, and subscriptions. Keep your login details secure. Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, and billing support may be handled through app stores, payment processors, or other checkout providers.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, interfere with service security, or attempt to access another user account.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not use NoxaFit to provide medical, emergency, or professional healthcare advice to others.

Limitation of liability

NoxaFit is provided as a fitness planning and tracking tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NoxaFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, app, AI coaching, workouts, or third-party services.
